I really liked how well-kept this place was and how friendly the staff were at the front desk 😊. the location of the hotel was awesome, quite close to the City Gates, making it super convenient to explore around.

We got a room with a sauna. Liked the nice decor of the room. The hotel's location was magnificent, close to the center, Also very close to the Church of Santo Cristo and the reception, bar, restaurant. Furthermore, to centre of punta delgada.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the airport and the city center, hiking and the gardens. We truly enjoyed large and delicious breakfast with regular refill, offered by the property...

The sauna and Turkish bath were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the option to have a simplified version of breakfast at 5 am, which was convenient for our early departure. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

Although the hotel had many amenities, some of them came at an extra cost. For example, we had to pay extra to use the game room and even to rent shower ropes, which was a bit disappointing.
